A mobius loop ?

It is the international recycling symbol found on many consumer goods.

The recyclable materials which you deposit in the blue bin, begin their new life at the upon center.

Upon arrival, recyclable materials are moved on a conveyor or a chain of sorting. They will be handpicked by employees in charge for every materials. First of all, cardboard boxes, plastic bags, paper ant then, the plastic. Then the magnetized conveyor comes and attract metal containers and finally, the crushed glass falls in a container.

That's why it is important to deposit recyclable materials in bulk (loose) into the bin.

After the sorting, it is the stage for the conditionning of the recycling materials. The separated materials are compacted and go out in bundle at the other end of the sorting center. These bundles are sent to the scraper (or recuperator or other business) to give them a new utility.
